does anyone have any recommendations for something more spectacular than mustard, egg yolk, & tony's? seems really boring.

Dill, or maybe chopped walnuts for that "Chicken salad" feel. Egg is like a blank sheet of paper. Just experiment.

kinda prefer mine a little sweet. like relish more than dill.

i would love to use relish/pickles, but the boyf hates that. i wonder how he would feel about dill though. creole mustard sounds good.

father in law always puts celery and some red bellpeppers in there. not my personal favorite, but whatever works.

I have had them with small pieces of bacon in them.

Also would think that well-seasoned chopped boiled shrimp would work pretty well.
