They may be the first place in Destin to serve sushi...been doing it a long time, so they must do it well. I haven't been there in two decades though. Need to rectify that.

If you head toward the outlet malls and Bass Pro, I'd go a little further east and hit Stinky's Fish Camp on 30A for some quality dining. Not too formal for a family. We don't really go to Destin like we used to, as we have been doing 30A area for last 6 years or so to avoid traffic and overcrowding (though 30A is crazy crowded as well). If you're heading to Grayton: Red Bar and Hurricane Oyster House are both quality. Further in Seagrove: Seagrove Village Market is great for families and has plenty of comfort food. In Seaside, Great Southern Cafe. Even further down in Alys Beach: George's.

Dressier: Marina Cafe.
