It's not really clever, but Molten Chocolate Lava Cake is just so damn GOOD and EASY! Serve with fruit and drink some booze.

Too easy….melt some dark chocolate in a Dutch oven, then cool slightly. Take some balloons (round style) wash them, dry them, blow them up into a small baseball size. Half dip them in the chocolate then stand up on a cookie sheet. While they cool put your favorite chopped seasonal fruits of choice into your (light) liquor of choice ( Amaretto for example) . Wilt like you would do strawberries in sugar for Strawberry short cake. When the “balloons” have cooled, poke holes and let the air out leaving small chocolate bowls. Scoop liquor marinate fruit into bowls. Take some heavy whipping cream and whip till it make fresh whip cream with a little sugar. Put a dollop on top of each bowl of fruit. You could dress it with a chocolate drizzle on the plate and the top. Over the top..a puff of powdered sugar to top. Careful too much is too much. Mint sprig topper.

I love chocolate cups. Sounds like a good option, depending on the fruit and the liqueur. I marinate strawberries in grand marnier and a bit of powdered sugar all the time in the Spring.

You could always make some sort of berries and cream and incorporate some chocolate and booze
I like to put a back of chocolate chips in the freezer then blend them into a powder and use to layer with some berries and cream like a parfait.
You could add some booze to your whipping cream before you whip it I would imagine...or just soak the berries in booze. Maybe something like frangelico would give the cream a nice nutty flavor...
