Curry
Honestly though, I would make jerky or fry. And yeah, I do milk and seasoned flour.

I also recently had some give to me. I marinated it in Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder, etc. Then I fried it for two minutes per side in a cast iron pan and served it with wild rice.

Italian Dressing, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic, red pepper, salt, pepper, onion powder, etc. brown it, take it out brown trinity and and add rest of marinate from meat to trinity. Put your meat back in, add enough water just to cover meat on low to medium, just enough so water is slightly bubbling, get you a cold pop and watch the Lsu game. Oh and I would add a deer sausage or good fresh sausage

I have two packs thawing out for frying tomorrow. We haven't had fried venison in a while, as we usually grill it.
