Good read. Even though I'm gose or sour fan, I'm glad they are gaining popularity in today's beer market.

Pop up Beer Gardens would kill it in nola. The city would never allow that to happen though.

I personally welcome the sours trend. IPA market is way too crowded.

By shitty IPA's. There aren't nearly enough great IPA's out there. It feels that some breweries feel they have to put out an IPA and don't really care what it tastes like.

We need more Ghosts, Zombie Dust, Pliny, Hop Hash, etc...

Exactly, it's become the default. Craft beer is associated too strongly with the IPA style. I'm a fan of some but would like more options.
