Curbside Mid-City BR opening Friday

For those burger fans, Curbside is opening in Mid-City BR next to Calandros Grocery this Friday. Link to 225 article: LINK

It looks really great. I love that they used parts of the food truck to build their restaurant. They'll get a reminder of their roots every time they walk in to keep motivating them to continue being great.
I will stop in next time I'm in town. I wish nothing but success for them!

That back patio is niiiiiice. I hope they have a halfway decent beer selection. Like if it's up to Burgersmith's standards, I'll be thrilled.

That's what I had. Burger was the Brian 3.0. Bacon, bleu cheese, fried onion crips. Great bun. I'll be back for it and the others.

Patio was great. Didn't realize it is a place your order at the counter deal. But that's OK by me. There's a lot more room outside than inside. This is a nice time of year to eat there. Curious how it will be when it's hot as balls outside.

Wanted to hit up the opening, but the wife talked me in to Smashburger. Stupid coupons. Worst experience at smashburger by far. Only made me more pissed I missed out on Curbside.

Went for lunch today. It was fantastic. Can't remember the name of the burger I got but it was the one with blue cheese, pork belly preserves, and onion strings. They have a great patio. It was perfect for today with a great beer and burger.

The only problem I had with it was that the patio was smoking. The food was great, but hopefully they can fix that.
