I'm a creme brulee addict. There. I said it.

The latest version that moved to the top of my list is Paul Prudhomme's at K-Pauls. There's a crumbled crunchy praline in the bottom and it added a great dimension.

It's similar to a custard, but so much better.

I've always loved creme brulee, especially when properly caramelized.

I can't think of it now, without LMAO at the SNL Homocil skit.. Who wants creme brulee?

Creme brulee is good. I eat the hell out of it, but it shouldn't be on a fine dining menu. It has jumped the shark.
