Grab some Parish Envie.

I actually went to Parish for the first time 2 days ago. Apparently, the new Envie had come out that day or day before?. Anyway, I'm not a huge fan of hoppy and fruity beers, but that one was good.
4 other guys had driven in just to get some of the new Envie. They said it was the best one yet in their opinion. Just FYI

I'm always weary when someone changes their product.

However, I'm looking forward to trying the new Envie and Ghost.

Ouch.

Beers getting expensive.

I even saw Natty Light go above 10 bucks for a 30 pack.

Most are up to $10.99 plus now.

A lot of these beers have twice the ABV of the BMC beers, so the cost is not as out of line as you might think. The fact that it tastes so much better is worth the extra cost, too.

I can buy a pint of PBR for $2.50 at 4.7%, or a pint of Sticky Hands for $4.75 at 8.1%, then I won't need as many Sticky Hands to get a buzz and the test is slightly better. Doing the math, the PBR is still more cost effective if getting drunk is your objective, but the Sticky Hands is still slightly better tasting...

Good memories of PBR. $1 specials and what not back in college.

Still, craft beers are always good. I love me some Parish.

PIGSKIN - welcome to the world of craft beer. Let us know what you are drinking on the FBD thread. Lot's of good information there, and if you're looking for anything specific, somebody on that thread will be able to answer your question.

Torpedo is DIPA, high hops and high ABV. maybe try the less aggressive version, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
