A bit of fresh cracked pepper over a bowl of small curd is good, the simplest salad of lettuce with chopped pineapple topped with it and again some pepper is quite nice. Lasagna never ever is made without it and ricotta as one of the layering ingredients.

Nothing personal, but as I have read further into your cheese phobias I have reached the point to call you a cheese PUSSAY. Go buy yourself some Kraft slices.

I love it.

I either just put salt and pepper on it or a can of peaches or pears.

It's a good low carb snack without the fruit.

ETA: My favorite part about going to the Piccadilly when I was a kid was the fact that I could get a bowl of cottage cheese. Well, that, and the hamburger steak.

I prefer it with fruit or with a little fat free vanilla yogurt.

Matter of fact, this whole thread has me hungry for cottage cheese. I think I'll run to Wal-Mart and get a tub for lunch today.

I do. It's fantastic. I eat a bowl of it with sliced up strawberries, banana and a drizzle of honey.

<-- this guy. I mix it with scrambled eggs in lieu of butter, mixed with fruit, or just straight out of the tub with a little salt & pepper.
