Mozz is just the post cottage cheese stage. You are close. You will get through the cheese regression.

I like manicotti which has ricotta, but I only like it with small amounts of ricotta.

Which is funny because cottage cheese has it's own crash diet. Eat cottage cheese or tuna for every meal for 3 days, you lose like 10lbs.

I eat it at night. Almost every night. Its a casein protein. Digests slowly for muscle recovery. I prefer it with fruit or with a little fat free vanilla yogurt.
