I was making reubens for lunch and realized I didn't have any mayo for the Russian dressing, so I just used some tzatziki I had on hand. Tzatziki and corned beef were made for each other, the cucumber, mint and yogurt flavors really complement the salty, spicy corned beef.

You could slather tzatziki on a shoe and I'd eat it.
