Cooking camel burgers for lunch...anybody here with experience making them?

Picked up some ground camel yesterday and was hoping for some pointers. 1st time cooking it

I did eat camel in Iraq... honestly, it reminded me of a cross between pork and bison.

I suppose cooking it like ground beef.. sprinkled with salt/pepper would work?
