South Market District is not condos, it is apartment complexes (ie multifamily rentals). No one is doing condos anymore, rental is where it's at.

Most of the tax incentive deals require these things to be built as rentals, with a set timeframe for which they are allowed to be converted to condos, if the developer desires.
