Of those, Chipotle and Olive Garden. I like Arby's, my parents bring me to Red Lobster, and Joe's Crab Shack was the worst.

Had some friends in college that would get baked out of their mids then got to the all you can eat shrimp at Red Lobster. They would spend hours in there.

A quick search turned up this list of Top 100 US restaurant chains.
Setting aside outliers such as the in-store places at Target and Costco, or chains limited to outside the South, I have missed a grand total of two: Panera and Chipotle.

I'm sure there are several, but one that sticks out in my mind is Golden Corral.
