So...don't eat fast food? It's friggin' Chipotle. It's fast food. It's pretty average. Accept it for what it is.

but they market it as fresh and healthy, and as you can see in the responses their fan club pushes it as a healthy alternative to fast food.

This is a guy who said he would rather donuts over a bagel and that chick fil a has the best chicken sandwich he has ever had, which coincidentally has 1390mg of sodium and 440 calories.

It is a healthy alternative to every single one of these other fast food choices. Is it as healthy as making a grilled chicken breast and veggies at home? No. But it is better than most other fast food options and you might be retarded if you try to debate that.

a glazed donut is much better for you than a bagel with cream cheese or butter. by any metric. less calories. less fat. less sodium. less carbs.
chick fil a has not only the best chicken sandwich i've ever had. i'd even say the chicken nuggets are the best chicken dish i've ever had. i would never recommend the dish to someone who cared about health. it's fried chicken.
