Just heat some heavy cream, season to taste, then add Parmesan to thicken. Cook pasta, toss in the sauce, and put cooked, sliced chicken breast on top.

Chicken tetrazzini
Chicken spaghetti
You could season and saute some chicken pieces, make an alfredo sauce, add some pesto to it for a sort of creamy pesto sauce, add the chicken and serve over pasta.

I picked up some Pesto, a block of parmigiano reggiano, 10 lbs of boneless chicken thighs, heavy cream, real butter. Gonna try to slap something together, any must haves to make this any better?

Chicken and smoked sausage spaghetti. Brown off bite sized chicken breast chunks and sausage chunks, deglaze with some red wine and then add your favorite spaghetti sauce store-bought or made ahead of time, your choice.
Done. I prefer Richard's Hot Pork Sausage
