Stubb's green chile marinade. Great straight out of the bottle IMO

The new Tony Chacheres chicken marinade is very good imo. It's surprisingly low in sodium too

Chinese five spice, orange juice, soy sauce, honey & red pepper flakes.

ETA: Two word thread titles get anchored.

Marinate chicken for a few hours or more, cook down some onions, yellow orange and green peppers, and garlic, sautée marinated chicken with the veggies, serve over a carb of your choice and enjoy. Easy, healthy, and tasty.

bottle of adobo from the Mexican foods aisle at your local megamart
otherwise if you have oil, vinegar, garlic, citrus and/or herbs you already have what you need

I use a few squirts from 2 bottles in the fridge:

1. Gen Tsao's (or you can use Terryaki or Schetzuan)

2. Sriracha Hot Sauce

straight kraft italian dressing is pretty good if you don't want to mix up anything. I hit it with mccormicks grill mate chicken seasoning before it goes on the grill. If you are mixing something I do olive oil and either soy sauce, cooking white wine, or teriyaki sauce with minced garlic for an hour or so.
