I am willing to try the recipe. The ceviche at coyote blue better be hella good for me to make a trip from San Fran for it...

I haven't had ceviche at many places, and honestly I haven't had any in BR. But I've had it twice in the past week at Cafe Granada in Nola, and it's the bomb.com.
