Looking to have a small event catered less than 30 people. Price doesn't matter...
We have looked at Tramontes, Tony's, and Whole Foods. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Good friends of mine that run a catering business.
Call her up or go to the website and check out her menus.

I do catering on the side. It has been a hobby for me until I got a catering trailer built and recently bough a crawfish catering trailer a couple months ago. I can do BBQ, fried foods, jambalayas, gravies, boiled seafood, etc. If your interested let me know.

Culinary Productions and The Edible Event are the most creative. Not so much of your regular pasta dish, catfish, etc. that you see everywhere.
Although I'm sure they serve those items if need be.

Margo Bouanchaud is probably the best in town for any upscale event. I've been to quite a few events over the years she has catered and used her for several ourselves and she is phenomenal.
