Reading comprehension, Citt... it isn't an abstract idea. Read my post again. The lady is from Jordon. the book is a treatise on Mediterranean cuisine. The cassoulet recipe is almost exactly as Martini posted.

Well I guess I pissed them off. I'm having a tomato sandwich as I type this. I'm sure they will say tomatos don't belong on a sandwich as well or they have never even heard of a tomato on a sandwich.

I can't comment on what goes on a sandwich on account of I've never made one for Mary Todd Lincoln or the Pope.

It was across the street. The production I was referring to was the play, not the restaurant. The restaurant itself might have a half price window as well. I think the Archbishop of Canterbury was there.

I kind of lived in NYC for 20 years you preening twat. The definition of big fish in a small pond. Those whose experiences have eclipsed you laugh. This will be my last word on you and the subject.

Well my family is from and has maintained a home since the early part of the 20th century Grandview on the Hudson just across the Tappan Zee Bridge so I've had my time in the city. Your fish is starting to smell.

And let's be clear here. You came into a thread I started and made a claim regarding tomatos. I danced around calling you a liar to be polite. However you douchebag, you are just a liar. Or just a dumbass. Whichever fits. If you have never had tomatos on cassoulet you jackass have never eaten cassoulet.

The Provence region of France stops about 100 miles from the coast, it is actually tiny.
