I did a brisket THE OTIS WAY. Put in on at 3PM yesterday.....just pulled it out of oven an hour ago. Looks great....cannot wait to try it

No....not in oven 18 hours. Smoked on the grill for about 8....transferred to oven at 225 for another 9. Damn things is tender as hell and tastes great.
