Should I change out the water after the second boil because it will get to dirty? I don't wanna have to redo the stock. If it was four I would change after 2 but it seems like a pain in the arse for one more sack.

Dumping a pot of water and filling it up with the hose and adding seasoning isn't that much to do. Drink some more beer in the process

If you're cleaning the crawfish really good like you should be, the water won't be too dirty.

Clean the frick out of them before boiling.

I just did 3 sacks last night with no problems whatsoever. Like the post above said just clean them REAL good. I did 4 washings before I got them as clean as I like.

Make sure you leave them out overnight when you're done.

Do you not clean your crawfish before boiling them?

Mine wasn't a troll. Keep the water, add some more seasoning. The later pots will be even better

Troll?

Honest question, do you scrub, soak, and then run your cast iron pots through the dishwasher every time you use them?

I've never even heard of dumping the water out and restarting in a crawfish boil. That's insane to me.

That's almost as bad as the Lafayette steam and shake approach.
