So, it's the lady friend's birthday on Saturday and we're planning on going to dinner with a fairly large group of friends. I'm trying to identify places to go with good ambiance but are affordable as well. Any suggestions? First thing that came to mind was Jacque-Imo's, but the wait will probably be awful on Saturday.

Tommy's handles big parties well. So does Luke.

I was there last night, and I definitely recommend Tommy's.

But is always fun with a big group. You could go to the Maple Leaf after and it a great night.

You can make reservations at Jacque-Imos if you have a large group. We did that a couple summers ago. Call them to see if they can accommodate you.
