We haven't ever been for a full week, just a weekend here and there, but Shaggy's and Half Shell Oyster house are solid.

Go to the Half Shell that is not in the Hard Rock. Both are good but the original one is better.

We like the Rack House as well.

For excellence, 32.

White Pillars is good as well.

Best coffee, quick breakfast - Boozers or Jacked Up Coffee

Fly Llama Brewing for beer
Government Street Grocery in Ocean Springs is a good lunch spot. It's a better version of the old Chelsea's Cafe.

Shaggys is always good.

Ate lunch at Downtown Bistro in Gulfport for the first time and was really impressed.

Say what you want about Mahoney's the presidential platter with marinated crab claws and fried soft crab halfs is solid. The SO and I like to sit at the bar have a handfull of cocktails and slow graze this platter.

If I wasn't doing our platter graze Half Shell downtown is the answer.

I second murky waters in ocean springs. Get there early and order the burnt ends and onion danglers. Good stuff.

Take a short ride across the bridge to Ocean Springs and check out the food scene there. They have some great places to eat and drink in the downtown area. One of my favorites places is Craft Advisory Brewing.

Can’t say I’d try to talk you off of any of the recommendations that the other posters suggested. I like to slip off into The Reef before I go to the Beau Rivage and sit at the bar and eat their smoked tuna appetizer. Good grief it’s so good and the portion size is huge. Bang for the buck this place is pretty darn solid. Their steamed Royal Red shrimp is good. I ordered the Ahi Tuna last time and liked it a lot. Those wraps are good. Hell, even their gumbo is decent which is more than I can say for gumbo served over here in the Mobile area. Their raw oysters have always been good. It’s not 5 star dining but the food is good, the beer selection is solid, the view of the Gulf is nice, and it’s affordable. Those pasta dishes are always tasty but the Smoked Tuna dip is something I legitimately crave anytime I’m over there.

When you leave Biloxi and head north to I-10, takes about 10 minutes from the Beau Rivage, I like Osaka Japanese Hibachi & Sushi restaurant in D’Iberville. There has to be 50 restaurants up there in a 3 mile radius. Osaka is pretty darn good though. Their sushi rolls are big and filling. I like their hibachi too. It’s another restaurant that’s not overly adjusted their pricing since supply chain shortages.

I like the skirt steak at this Mexican food place over in I believe Ocean Springs. I often drive by it on my way home. It’s on the main road leaving Biloxi. When you cross that big bridge it’s down there on the right. Real clean place but for Mexican food not in Texas or California it’s not half bad. I for the life of me can’t remember their name.

There are some hole in the wall mom and pop places all around Biloxi. As far as I’m concerned I kind of lump Biloxi, Ocean Springs, and D’Iberville together.
