For dinner I like the places in the Beau Rivage -

BR Prime
Stalla (Italian)
Jia (Asian)

Also, the bar and restaurant in the White House Hotel are very nice, and less hectic than the ones in the casinos.

More casual -
As mentioned above, the Half Shell across from the Hard Rock is good.

If the weather is nice and you want to sit out by the water, and atmosphere is more important than gourmet food, I like the Blind Tiger next to the Margaritaville Casino.

The number 2 ranked Waffle House in the country is right across the street from The Hard Rock by the Shell station. The number one is in Auburn, Alabama. A noticeable difference from your normal Waffle House experience.

Not sure who gets to vote, but this one looks noticably higher scale....

White pillars. Fantastic quality and a creative menu. They've also got a great bar.
