Scientists who found gluten sensitivity evidence have now shown it doesn't exist

(Does not apply to those with celiac disease.)

I proved this many years ago when my wife invited over her friend with "gluten allergies"

Turns out she loved gluten.

Well, I guess it's not new because the article is from August. But the "Big Surprise" part of the title was sarcasm.

On another point, I don't blame the scientists for this - I blame the media craving stories with attention-getting headlines. Usually, the scientists will announce their findings with a caveat that more investigation is needed. The media then completely ignores the caveat and the scientifically illiterate segment of the public goes into idiot mode.

Yeah my son is a Celiac and his specialist that diagnosed him said all those other people that don't eat Gluten are just Whackos. Lol

Ps the diet craze is a boon to true Celiacs though because we can actually find some decent stuff for him to eat.

If you don't have Celiac Disease there is no reason to avoid gluten and some good reasons to look for ways to max it. High gluten is the most important characteristic of good poboy bread or a decent baguette.
