Kanno really is more than just sushi. Was in there last week for last visit before move. Asked them to just bring me a few things. Started with a tomato in pear jelly. Sounds weird, right? It was delicious and refreshing, unbelievable isolation of two flavors: tomato and pear.

Then had a tuna and mango salad of sorts with spicy peppers and puffed rice. Softshell crawfish hand roll.

Other times Ive gone in and eaten nothing more than just raw fish and rice.

Its a cool spot, Id hustle over there before they move.

That sounds really interesting.

Maybe I missed it, where are they heading?
