Best restaurant in LaPlace, LA?

I will be there today watching my son play baseball. We will be done about dinner time and I'm looking for somewhere good to take the family to eat. Steak? Seafood? Not picky just want some quality food.

I like El Mexicano. Pier 51 is decent seafood.

For simple, smokehouse focused stuff, go to Wayne Jacobs. I dunno if it's open into the evening on Sundays.
