She wanted Ruffino's (great taste for such a young age), but unfortunately, they're not open on Saturday mornings. The make your own pizza option along with cotton candy is a hit with my girls (birthday party aside).

She will have a small gathering of friends (4) and one adult (or two, if I am invited).

What's another option we should consider in the BR area that is "kid" friendly and provides an option that allows their direct input?

The F & D board this afternoon has become the OT lite.

It's completely different than Ruffino's, but what about Lit Pizza? Full choice on what toppings they want. It's made in front of them, then popped into the oven in front of them. You have TVs, a decent beer selection for the adults. They apparently open at 11am on Saturday.

Best I can do on short notice. I'm fortunate enough not to have children

Serious answer. It even hurts me to suggest this because I hate the place quite a bit.

Melting Pot.
Girls love chocolate fondue.

We went to a make-your-own pizza birthday party at California Pizza Kitchen in Perkins Rowe. It was held before their regular open hours for about 10 girls. Not sure if they have a minimum amount.

You could also go to a movie afterwards if you wanted to make it a longer day.

Can you not go when they open later in the day?

My daughter also requested Ruffino's for her birthday because of the pizza and cotton candy
