Parrahn's is really good but Mike Anderson's is the best I've had locally.

Agree with you on Mike Anderson's. A friend of mine has the recipe and she'll bring it occasionally to a tailgate when we fry seafood or grill. Fantastic side.

When we prepare it, we set a 45min timer once it's ready to serve. When that timer goes off, it doesn't matter if we used 0% of it - it gets tossed out and we make a fresh batch.

I'll pick it up every now and then to bring to a gathering. Sauce in separate container works well. The peanuts are the key.

How's little Mike since he had his event a couple months ago?

Mike Anderson's. It's easy to duplicate.

The recipe for Mike Andersons coleslaw is in his cookbook. We make it all the time as well.
