This list will give you the rundown of what each of the top ones offer. Bellagio is legit.

The Harrahs deal 50 bucks to eat at all their properties for 24 hours is a pretty good deal.

Paris had crepes which are good. Food is ok.
Rio's Seafood buffet is good

Heard Mirage was good as well as Bellagio but never tried.

If you're going to do a buffet it's probably the way to go. I didn't make it to Rio but thought Planet Hollywood was better than Paris but both are just ok.

The food at Paris was ok nothing special.. The crepes though my wife went nuts for.

If you go to a buffet though its best to go at the very end of lunch. That way you get the dinner buffet for the lunch price.

I've had the Wynn and Belliago and the Wynn, despite $35 price tag for "brunch" was my favorite by far over Belliago, FWIW.

I had a disappointing buffet at the Luxor. I know it's not the ritziest place, but I expected more from them than what they produce. Slightly worse than the Luxor is Circus Circus which specializes in many flavors of crappy fruit fluff.

I'm sure it's not the best, but I've found myself returning to the Mandalay Bay buffet when on the South end of the strip.

I've never been, but according to many people that I've spoken to over the years, the Rio was the seafood buffet to beat.

That link above has them correct.

Bally's Sunday Champagne Brunch, followed by Bellagio, then Wynn. Of the daily buffets, I prefer Bellagio over Wynn..better meats, prime rib, and fish..Wynn better desserts.

Rio, Planet Hollywood, Mirage, Paris,etc..also solid.

Harrah's 24 hr buffet deal for $40 IS A GREAT DEAL, they include Harrah's properties Planet Hollywood's Spice Market and Paris Le Village buffets, which alone, are well worth this deal.

The Wynn was impressive...stay away from Caesar's.

Forgot to mention. The Wynn is a little pricey. Make sure you sign up for the Red Card. They have a discount on the buffet.

The art of the buffet is long gone from Vegas. When I was young in the 80's they were still relatively cheap and abundnant. I paid $35 at the Paris and only shook my head in disappointment at what Vegas has become.

I've tried most of them. TI, Mirage, and Luxor were terrible but cheap. Wynn and bellagio were the best but also very expensive and not worth it to me. It's a buffet. Not fine dining.

Most underrated was an Asian buffet at NyNy.
