Please don't say Louie's, as that is the best place to go at 2 AM.

Frank's Smokehouse, two locations one in BR, the other in Prairieville.

Solid breakfast, good sized portions, reasonably priced.

Frank's is damn good. I think that gets my vote. Never had anyhing there that I didn't like. . .even lunch food.

Zeeland St. market also has delicious hashbrowns

Im going to have to say Franks as well..

I really dont like Louie's I guess its good if you are a drunk college student.

Franks has really good biscuits and fairly good omeletts (boudin and crawfish) and good hashbrowns.

Only had breakfast there, but I think the lunch/dinner menu is more home style cooking than bbq. Hamburger steak, pork chops, etc.

I have to try Frank's for breakfast again. I have, three or four times and have been underwhelmed, especially with the biscuits. This place has to be better than I have experienced.

It's always been a business meeting, maybe I'm distracted.
