I have a customer who’s a big bourbon fan and I need a place to take him in JP (he’s unvaxed, so we aren’t playing Teedy’s game) that’s got a good selection. Any recommendations? Thx.

Sounds like he's referring to a restaurant

I don't have an answer for that in JP though.

That seemed clear to me as well, but I was similarly stumped.

Winstons maybe? Who knows?

Yeah if he was looking for a place to drink Bkurbon I would have to assume Winston’s as well.

Surprisingly Vinnies Caddy Shack bar seemed to have a decent selection. It’s been 6 months since I was there so I can’t remember the bottles, but I just remember the bourbon choices seemed nice for a bar like that.

With all due respect to my friends at Martin Wine Cellar, Total wines on Vets is the answer.

With a vaccine he gets access to a lot better bourbon in Orleans Parish. You will want to stick to metairie road. I don't think any of the strip mall bars along Vets will have anything noteworthy.

Martin wine cellar will have the best customer service.

If you are looking for a bar. Desi Vegas on Vets specializes in bourbon.
