I love eating at Beausoleil, but stay away from their bloody mary's. They are awful. They use that bacon infused vodka shite which tastes like plastic. I almost said something Sunday. If anyone knows the owner's/chefs, let them know their BM's are bad and they should just use a good vodka rather than a flavored vodka. And if the vodka isn't flavored, then their BM mix is terrible. but i'm 95% sure it's the bacon infused vodka.

vodka might be the only thing bacon doesn't make better. Any bacon infused vodka BM I've had was terrible.

They don't offer a regular Bloody? That's a bummer. I know a few places do the bacon vodka, but they usually offer regular versions as well.

I don't drink them, but a friend of mine swears that R&O has the best Bloody Mary in town. And she orders them everywhere.

I don't know. All i know is i said i wanted a bloody mary and both times, they come out with that bad one. Now I think i remember reading somewhere that they used bacon infused vodka, which would explain the off taste. But, if they are using regular vodka, then the problem is with their tomato juice/mix. I sent them a FB message suggesting a change, hopefully they will do so.

Do they? This might be worth looking into.
You have to give them 24 hours notice. You can't just roll up and buy a gallon. But for something like a tailgate party, Spanish Town Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day Parade or a brunch party, it works out well.

Having a boil in a few weeks, and people will be staying from out of town. This would be a great way to start the day. I'll have to give them a call when it gets closer. Thanks!

This board isn't the end all of opinions. I've heard many people say it's the best bloody uptown. didn't enjoy it the two times I had it.
