Best Anodized Cookware For the Money?

My gf has been using an 8" Cuisinart anodized skillet she got at Bed Bath and Beyond for $19.99. She loves it and mentioned she'd like to add a 12" skillet and an all purpose pot. She doesn't care brand.
I've been researching and see many brands that I always assuned were higher endish like Calphalon, Circulon, All Clad, Cuisinart etc. Which brand is the best for the money? Am I paying for name only and would be better off going to a kitchen supply store?
Which one offers the most bang for the buck?

I've got several Calphalon skillets that have held up really well. They can be a little on the pricey side but I've found some really good deals at TJ Maxx.
