Future brother-in-law is bringing me this from Houston. Pretty Excited.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute IPA (My favorite IPA)
DFH 60 minute IPA (Love this one too)

and these 2 i've never had.

DFH 75 Minute IPA

quote:

Blend two Dogfish Head favorites, add maple syrup and carbonate the mixture naturally. What do you get? 75 Minute IPA. The carbon dioxide trapped during bottle conditioning gives 75 Minute IPA a soft and velvety mouthfeel. Dry-hopped with whole-leaf Cascades, this complex IPA has been known to inspire pilgrimages to our brewpub.

and DFH Birra Etrusca Bronze

quote:

The backbone of Birra Etrusca comes from two-row malted barley and an heirloom Italian wheat. Specialty ingredients include hazelnut flour, pomegranates, Italian chestnut honey, Delaware wildflower honey and clover honey. A handful of whole-flower hops are added, but the bulk of the bitterness comes from gentian root and the sarsaparilla-like Ethiopian myrrh resin.

You might be even more excited if you were going to this, which, ahem, I may add I will be at in a few weeks:

Secret Stash Bash

I don't care for maple syrup, but I bet the 75 is very tasty.

That 75 min is superior over other DFH IPAs.

75 minute is my least favorite. Burton baton is the IPA I have liked the best from them.

Enjoyed 90 & 120 very much when working in TX. Also, though it seems some don't care for it, Raison D'Etre might be my favorite of the DFH's that I've tried.

Only have had the pleasure of trying 5 or 6 different brews from them.

RDE is really good, and I love Indian Brown, it's been way too long since I've had any though

September of last year is the last time I've enjoyed any Dogfish Head. Job out in West TX came to a close at the end of July, so I stocked up at the Specs in Temple.

Picked up some 6th Glass Quadrupel Ale on that run too. Enjoyed that so much I had my uncle bring me some from the Woodlands during Thanksgiving.

Maybe. I'm trading with someone for some Jester King and will give him the option to take it.

Will do. Getting too old for this shite, so decided to go with one off beer fests this year instead of fests with beer easily available in stores. Hopefully some great beer is involved, definitely cabbing it home.

JK's Funk Metal reminded me a lot of Tart of Darkness.

I've talked to some people recently who said that the ToD has aged really well and tastes totally different than when first released. Apparently I drank mine too fast.

I'm tempted to pick up a few more bottles from Luekins.
