Beef Jerky fans, what's your favorite?

I've lately been on a beef jerky bender. I can chalk it up to driving 4 hours every weekend for the past few months.
What's your favorite? I've been insulting myself by eating gas station quality beef jerky and was curious if you all had suggestions on better options (in bulk).

I like it when your wife jerks my beef on your couch.

No Man's Land Beef Jerky
Made in a tiny town in the Oklahoma Panhandle. Expensive but great taste.

Depends on where you live. Most of the time you can find a local shop that makes their own. Turkey, deer etc. Shop close to me smokes their own it is much better than the crap in a bag from costco.
Also depends on who you ask. This seems like a better question for the Food and Drink Board

Nothing really compares to homemade actually.
Pick up a dehydrator and do it yourself, super easy, much cheaper, a lot better flavor and fresher.

Bourgeois Meat Market in Thibodaux, otherwise homemade in my dehydrator.

Most (maybe all) big name jerky sucks IMO so I resorted to making my own using Alton Brown's method. It's relatively easy. LINK
Last time I made it I used 1.25 cups of Worcestershire and half a cup of soy sauce as I found the soy sauce to be a bit overpowering when using Alton's recipe. I made 3 pounds for thanksgiving weekend at the inlaws and it was gone by Friday afternoon.

AB's method is the truth. It's quite a genius little rig.

Bourgeois' in Thibodaux is hands down the best beef jerky made.

Not beef, but turkey perky jerky from Costco is great.

Since jerky is pretty expensive, I'm a quantity over quality kind of guy. I'll usually buy the Jack Link's Pounder bags from Sam's or Cabela's. Either original or Teriyaki

i typically make my own, but if i am buying at a gas station i go for Stan's Jerky, typically the Hot one
love that stuff, now i have to pick some up on my way home from work
its like $8 for a damn bag, what a ripoff
