All those steps reminded me of a comment someone made about a Cooks Illustrated recipe: Chris Kimball is not satisfied until I have washed every dish in the kitchen at least twice.

I made this tonight for my wife. It was fantastic on so many levels. She may let me do things to her, but who knows.

Non Pro Tip - I used the Barilla Oven Ready Lasagna Noodles instead of going fresh. I got the noodles pliable with a short boiling in some salted water. Not as good as fresh but better than straight dry.
