I have a grandson who wants to try rabbit for his birthday meal. Any suggestions?

Eliza has a Rabbit Ragu dish on their menu. I haven't tried it yet.

Poches in Breaux Bridge used to have smothered rabbit on Tuesdays for lunch. I assume they still do, it is excellent.
