According to Yelp your best bets are VietRiver or Dixie Crossroads.

Just drove by VietRiver...probably do dinner there. Made it down to Dave's Downtown Lounge for a brew and this area definitely has some bars and such.
This coast seems like it's stuck in the 80s though. I went down to Coco last time I was here and that place is hilarious. I did find some good British food though.

Dixie Crossroads.
There are also a few really good seafood restaurants at the cruise terminal area. I love Grills.

I hate at VietRiver tonight...first time I've ever eaten at a Vietnamese restaurant and not seen one set of chop sticks. The salad, that came with a dinner entree (bizarre), was a ginger salad like you'd get at a Japanese restaurant...my Bun was tasty though.
I liked the area around Dave's, the pizza joint down there looked good.
