Interwebs give it mixed reviews as an anxiety/stress relief option, and/or sleep aid. Thoughts?

Its effects are mild. I believe it was pulled from a lot of nutritional stores because it was shown to be very rough on the kidneys or liver, I can't remember which.

It's worth trying. It's kind of a high and the numbing is cool. I felt better after too

What is it? Can you tell me a little more about the effects? Do you just pick it up in the refrigerated section of Whole Foods?

There is a kava bar on Oak Street, near the train tracks. Every few days when I get stuck at the train, I look at that place and think WTF is a kava bar doing on Oak St?

Does it show up on drug tests? I randomly get selected for work.

I know very little about it. Just saw it mentioned in an old thread on the OT. Thought someone here may be able to educate me.

WebMD pretty much says don't drink it and, if you do, make sure you get your liver tested frequently.
