I'd buy the Cajun Injector stuff but we never use it all and end up wasting half of it.

I'm thinking melted butter, seasonings, garlic ... that should work right?

Or what would you use?

melt butter and margarine (equal parts)over a stove, bring to a boil until the water boils out, then I add in seasonings and a good bit of garlic and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, then I let it sit until room temp and use the injector.

Last one I made was butter, Cajun powder garlic sauce, nunus seasoning, and garlic powder. It was awesome

You can also add some strained italian dressing. I've never done it, but someone I know swears by it. Just make sure to get the herbs out, and enjoy the liquid with some melted butter, etc.
