Just looking for some opinions on the place. Thinking about making a reservation there.

Emeril's place? If so, Mrs. Vedder and I went with a couple of friends back in January. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed it. The stuffed chicken wing appetizer is really good and different. I had the hickory roasted duck, which was pretty amazing. Don't remember what everyone else had but all raved about their dishes. And the service was excellent as well.

Always has been for us, too.

It is a good choice for a good meal with a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend it.

Went once about 3 years ago. Food was pretty good, but overpriced.

I've been for both lunch and dinner. Lunch was a pop-in, no-reservations thing in the middle of summer. Wonderful mojitos. I had the BLT Salad made with buttermilk dressing and fried green tomatoes. My husband had some sort of grilled fish (he said it was fantastic).

Went to dinner there around Thanksgiving of last year. I had the roast duck breast with sweet potatoes and it was to die for. My son had a pork chop that was as big as his head. I don't remember my husband's entree. My son and I split the banana pudding cake for dessert, husband had creme brulee.

Great meals on both occasions and the service was great both times as well.

I really like the place. Been quite a few times. Great service.

I really like both the Duck and the Shrimp & Grits

Good place. Get the cedar roasted redfish. I can understand people not raving about it. But I can't understand the hate for this place.
