Anybody got a good Boudin Ball recipe?

roll boudin into balls
flour then eggwash then flour or breadcrumbs
fry till GB&D
you can stuff the balls with cheese if you like that sort of thing

Yeah, you can get some of the best Ive ever had... premade, frozen and shipped to your house. All you got to do is fry em. Richard's meat market in Abbeville, La.
