Anybody got a boudin repice?

Looking for boudin recipes. Going hog hunting soon and want to have some made. I don't like liver on its own but I do like it in stuff, so I will want the pork liver in the recipe. TIA.

Is the liver to meat ratio pretty well 1:5 across the board? I don't like liver by itself but I do like it in stuff. I like the richness it gives.

I've had Link's before at Butcher and it's pretty pedestrian. Just drive to Scott and get some Billy's or Best Stop. If you're near BR I can pick some up tomorrow and you can come get it.
