Any good boudin stops in Kinder or between Kinder and Alexandria on 165?

Father in law is in Kinder and will be headed back to North Alabama on 165. Thanks in advance.

hebert's is not terrible
mr. t's in elton is pretty good. few miles east of kinder.

Where is this? Are they tied to the Heberts in Maurice? I just looked on boudinlink.com and they scored Chaddeauxs in Kinder and Porkys in Alexandria really well.

Porkys in Alex was good but it closed 2 years ago. Quebideauxs is 8/10. Their pepper Jack balls are 10/10 and taste exactly like Billy’s. If he wants to go to Elton, he absolutely should go to Mr Ts. Their smoked links are easily my favorite. I’ve never tried Hebert’s.

Definitely give Mr t’s in Elton a try. Awesome boudin. The smoked is my favorite. It’s my buddy’s place. Got some good specialty meats and good hot box as well!

Mr T’s is just east of Kinder and will be the best boudin anywhere close.

I prefer Kajun Kitchen on the corner of MacArthur and Sterkx over Quibs.

I had a bad batch from Quib's but most people do like it. Their cream cheese filled balls are great.

Not sure if you could venture a little bit south to Iowa, but Rabideauxs boudin is good. Also could stock up on sausage and andouille
