Good read.

LINK

"I've kinda been a broken record about goat and donkey for 15 years and I'm not going to get off of that soapbox. Any westerner in America who ate donkey for the first time, if they didn't know what it is, would think they are eating the best veal that they've ever had."

Anyone here ever had donkey?

After watching numerous shows, I have noted that blood sausage is very popular throughout the world. But I don't believe I will ever try it.

I've noticed that if we in Louisiana ate insects like asians we might not ever have to leave our own backyard to eat.

I tried a blood sausage type thing at Luke once. I don't need to eat it again.

I have had blood sausage a time or two but don't really care for it.

Blood sausage is fairly easy to find at pop ups and other events. It doesn't make it to menu's often. I thorougly enjoy boudin noir!!

Had some in Paraguay. It was pretty good. It's the high end sausage down there.
