Way too many taps. Who's going to keep all those kegs turning over?

I prefer fresh beer.

Looks like a pretty lame selection for a place named "Ale."

Bump

Anyone make it over yet?

Nola has an article with some pics for those interested.

nola
The article has a "menu" for snacks/brunch starting next weekend. I hope they left a few things off the "snack" portion. Not much meat on that bone.

From the snacks, I'd try both the wings and I'm a sucker for fried pickles. They had a more than snacks portion too. There were two or three things that piqued my interest. I just wish the beer didn't suck.

It says "opening menu" so I'm sure it will change in the future.

Love the word choice....
hahaha

No surprise you would have an opinion on a place you've never been. Carry on!

Ale was hopping tonight. The bar looked pretty badass especially the balcony. Looked more fun than bulldog with about the same beer selection.

$6 for a Canebrake. Book it.

You win. Nice place, but very small and a bad layouts hen crowded. Drafts are pricey, but bottles are cheap. Very loud. I won't critique service as they're new.

I think my cousin has some interest in this bar. She's been posting stuff about this bar for a long time.

my gf went tonight. Unfortunately her assessment - that it was a little more 'rowdy' than Oak- wasnt particularly helpful
