Come to Scott and hit Uncle T’s.

You get a chance to hit all the Boudin spots and have a good dinner.

This.

It’s the old Cue Time bar.

Pat’s Fisherman Wharf in Henderson is a good Cajun restaurant.

The Yellow Bowl in Jennerette is solid choice as well.

If boudin is on your list, Johnsons Boucaniere is a must.

Is Prejean’s still open? I think it’s in Opelousas

Prejeans is in Carencro. Bob Guilbeau sold out to Tim Metcalf … Deano’s Pizza owner. Prejeans got real touristy in the last 10 years. Food is not bad; although there are 15 other places to eat in Laffy with better food.

Prejean's used to have really good crawfish bisque. You could buy it frozen by the pint or maybe it was quarts. I would stop in when in the area and buy some to bring home. Suddenly, it became inconsistent and then later, downright not very good.

It was a shame. Not many places make crawfish bisque at all, let alone good bisque.

Little Big Cup is good. Cajun fusion I guess you could say. Foods great and a cool atmosphere in a small town.

If you are willing to travel, C'est Bon Restaurant in Mermentau, La has the best boiled crabs and seafood gumbo around. Also serves etouffes, creoles and other gravys. It is roughly 1 hour west of Lafayette and has an amazing atmosphere and very friendly people. Coldest beer around as well
