Reservations Friday are at 8:30 so I'm thinking outside at 7:30 won't be too bad. I'd imagine they'd at least have some fans going.
I doubt running of the bulls is going to be much of an effect at the places we're going. If it was red dress run, that's another story since it effectively takes over the quarter but you have a lot of running of the bulls people that stay in the warehouse district too.

Maybe at some place like Carousel Bar which isn't intimate to begin with. I doubt anyone going to Running of the Bulls is stopping into French 75 or Sylvain after.
